meeting Santa
Arlo and Lyra got to meet Santa for the first time today. I predicted there would be some tears, as not very many (nearly) one year olds will happily sit on a strange man's lap, especially one who is wearing a big red suit and has a face covered in puffy, white hair! Overall I think they did pretty well for their first visit. I know that Arlo asked Santa for his own car and I am pretty sure I heard Lyra whisper to him that she wants 17 more dogs.
